Class 6 - Week 8

Hey Guys,

and week 8 is over... just crazy. I tried to get as much done on the shot as I could. Lets see what my Mentor thinks about it. I hope you like it. Happy animating and see you next week

Class 6 - Week 7

here is my upload for this week. Everything is now in the shot so next week will be polishing and fixing spacing problems. Hop you like it and happy animating

Class 6 - Week 6

Hello there,
week 6 is over... half way through! This is going way to fast. I don't really know how to catch up with all the work ;)
I started to spline my shot and splined my way through the first 200 frames. Next week the last 100 frames will be turned into spline. Than I will start to add some lip sync and more detail to the hands, fingers and face.
Besides working on the shot I updated my website and my show reel. The website can be found here and the new reel on my vimeo page. I will keep updating the reel when the next shot is done.

Class 6 - Week 4 and 5

Hey Everyone,

here my progress on the new shot. I really tried to push the facial animation right from the start. I really hope its working.
I made also some small changes on the old shots.
So jsut a small update for this week, hope you like it and come back next week. Same place, same time ;)

I really have to work on posting earlier in the week. Here my work from week 3. besides the fixes on the shots I planned out 3 new shots. This week I will record some reference and hope that the idea and camera cuts are working. Stay tuned for the blocking. Have an awesome week

Class 6 - Week 2

Hey Everyone,

here my work from week 2. I pushed the facial animation on the girl a lot. I think its working way better now. On the monologue shot I worked also more on the lip sync. I addition to that I tried to find a new audio clip. No luck last week, so I really hope to find something good this week. Wish me luck :)

Class 6 - Week 1

Hey everyone,

now it is official, the last class of AM has started and two weeks are already passed. 

My new Mentor is Sean Sexton. He is working at Dreamworks for quite a while now and is a great mentor. I watched a lot of critiques from him over the last terms and learned a lot from them. I'm really happy to be in his class. Ok than, the next weeks going to be really hard. I have to find a new audio clip again and try to fix my animation from the last classes. Stay tuned for the weekly updates, happy animating and take care
